Developing the talent we have within Venn Group is our priority and our in-house training department ensures that everyone can reach their potential. Our commitment to training is, we believe, consistently the strongest in our industry. 

From the day you join Venn Group, we commit to support you and develop your professional and personal skills. We do this by providing a combination of formal and informal training. You’ll learn on dedicated courses, be trained by our own career recruitment specialists passing on their hands-on experience and from one-to-ones with executive consultants or management.

During your first three months you will have a structured plan, with on-the-desk training supported by formal training from one of our dedicated training specialists. This combination of theory and practical experience helps to reinforce your learning. After three months you will attend a residential training course delivered by our management team. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to share your knowledge and experiences in a relaxed environment.

Our training team’s long-term commitment is for every consultant to receive a minimum of three days of formal training every year.
